That is a remarkable achievement.

In this final article, we do three things: First, we give you a structured overview of all techniques you've learned so you can look them up at any time. Second, we show you resources and next steps for your continued learning. And third, you work on your capstone project: your personal AI guide that summarizes everything you've learned and how you plan to apply it in the future.

The grand techniques overview: Six categories

Across the 80 articles of this series, you've learned dozens of techniques and methods. To make it easier to maintain an overview, we've organized them into six main categories. Each category comprises three variants, ranging from simple to advanced.

Category 4: Analytical and Structural Techniques

AI as an analysis tool, structure provider, and thinking partner.

  • Variant A: Summaries and extraction. Have AI summarize large volumes of text, extract key information, and identify core messages. Especially valuable for research, literature review, and information management.

The quick way: A simple, direct prompt for fast results. Good when time is short or the task isn't critical. You type a question, get an answer, and work with it. Not perfect, but efficient.

The thorough way: A multi-step approach with context, examples, and iteration. For important tasks where quality matters. You invest more time in the prompt, carefully review the result, and refine it until it meets your standards.

The creative way: An experimental approach that deliberately demands unusual perspectives. For situations where you need new ideas or want to break out of established thinking patterns. You challenge the AI to surprise you and embrace unexpected results.

The art lies in choosing the right approach for each situation. Over time, you develop an intuition for when each approach works best. That is real AI competence: knowing not just how to do it, but also when each approach is the right one.

Your resources for continued learning

Part 1: Your AI profile (one page). Describe yourself as an AI user. Which tools do you use regularly? Which techniques do you master best? Where are your strengths, where is your development potential? Be honest and specific. This profile is your starting point for targeted continued learning.

Part 2: Your top 10 prompts (two pages). Collect the ten best prompts you created or discovered during the series. For each prompt, note: the prompt itself, what you use it for, why it works well, and how you can adapt it as needed. This collection is the core of your personal prompt library.

Part 3: Your application areas (one page). List the three to five areas where you use AI most frequently. For each area, describe: Which tasks do you solve with AI? What results do you achieve? What could be even better? This overview helps you optimize your AI use in a targeted way.

Part 4: Your principles (half a page). Formulate three to five personal principles for your AI use. For example: "I review every AI result before I use it." Or: "I don't enter confidential data into public AI tools." Or: "I use AI as a starting point, not an end product." These principles are your ethical compass.

Part 5: Your learning plan (one page). Plan the next three months. Which specialty do you want to deepen? Which project do you want to implement? Which resources will you use? Define concrete milestones and set deadlines. A plan without deadlines is just a wish.

Part 6: Your knowledge transfer plan (half a page). How will you pass on your knowledge? Who in your circle could benefit from your support? Which format do you want to use: personal conversations, workshops, a guide? Plan at least one concrete action in the next four weeks.

Take sufficient time for this capstone project. It's more than an exercise: it's the document that chronicles your AI journey and plans your future with AI. Print it out, place it next to your computer, and update it regularly. It will grow with you.
